Tiriñuelo Joven, resultado de una exhaustiva selección de viñedos de la variedad Rufete, autóctona de la Sierra de Salamanca. Composición varietal: Tempranillo, Rufete Grado alcohólico: 14% Vol. La uva procede de viñedos situados en las laderas de las suaves colinas que rodean al pueblo de San Esteban de la Sierra.

Picota Rubí. Limpio en nariz, aromas de frutos rojos, chocolate, frutos secos, minerales, especiados… Ligero, sabroso, muy fresco, grapo paso de boca y final ligeramente cálido. Vino con personalidad. 80% Rufete – 20% Tiriñuelo 13º – 75cl 6 meses en depósito y 6 meses en barrica y en botella.

Color rojo cereza intenso con reflejos malva. Intenso y limpio en nariz, presenta una enorme concentración de fruta, cereza, fresa aromas de bayas del bosque, sobre un fondo balsámico y ligeras notas torrefactadas. En boca resulta envolvente, glicérico, con un tanino dulce y una retronasal larga y afrutada. Vino: Tinto. Uva: Tempranillo. Botella: 75cl
