FLO-P system has been running for more than 25 years
The Spring roll factory, Daloon in
Nyborg has cooperated with JIMCO for
more than 25 years.
They have been using the same air
purification system, FLO-P, since 1996.
Daloon uses the FLO-P system for
air treatment of 1 frying line from
the spring rolls production and fat/oil and
odor reduction.
Anyone working in fish production is faced with the Listeria bacteria which is
always common in fish and in the whole process of the production.
After several years of disinfecting with chlorine, related products, lots of water and a significant time investment; Axel Verberckmoes from Levenstond Seafood, went looking for a better solution. He ended up with ozone solutions from JIMCO.
Levenstond Seafood was established in 2007 when founder Axel Verberkmoes had the intention of processing salmon for Delhaize with about 10 employees. In 2017, the Belgian company was capable of processing 5,000 tonnes of fish per year into 30,000 consumer packages per day, in two production departments, four cash&carries, and two sourcing platforms, one of which located in Vietnam. In total, 130 people contribute to an annual
turnover of 55 million Euros.
